we offer several delivery options, including fully furnished offices and laboratories
EMPTY
The unit will be completely empty. With this delivery level, all items of the previous tenant have been removed, including the walls, ceiling and flooring.
AS IS
The unit will be delivered with the fitting out of the previous tenant. This delivery level includes the current walls, ceiling and flooring.
TURN KEY OFFICE
This delivery level is including new (glass) walls, new ceiling, new flooring. The tenant can even choose for new office furniture. We will make sure the installations are adapted to your new floorplan.
TURN KEY LAB
This delivery level is including new (glass) walls, new ceiling, new flooring. All fit for labortories up untill ML3. We can add lab furniture and fume hoods. We will make sure the installations are adapted to the right lab settings.
